Driven by a great passion for electronic music, I took my first steps into DAWs back in 2003. After years of self-taught experience and independent productions, I enrolled at SAE Institute Milan and graduated with a BSc (First Class Honours) in Audio Production, awarded by Middlesex University London.
Since 2016 I have worked as a freelance Sound Recordist, Boom Operator, Soundtrack Composer, Sound Designer and Post-Producer on commercials, series episodes, documentaries, animations and independent short films. I have also worked as a Broadcast Engineer for radio shows, managed a recording studio and taught electronic music production.
I have excellent skills in Recording, Editing, Mixing and Mastering with all the main DAWs, along with strong noise reduction and post-production skills. I am also an experienced Foley Artist and Sound Designer, and I program algorithms in Max/MSP.
In 2018 I created the sound design for an eye-tracking instrument for people with motor disabilities at the Sonar+D Innovation Challenge.
My work now goes beyond audio. I use generative AI both online and locally: with ComfyUI I generate images, music and video, train LoRAs, work with voice synthesis locally with custom workflows.
I also work confidently with mainstream web-based AI models.
I edit video with Premiere and CapCut, work with Photoshop and Illustrator, and I know how to set up live streams and podcasts with OBS.
I have strong knowledge of Resolume Arena and I create live visuals and projection mapping.
I also have a strong passion for electronics related to the audiovisual arts: I assemble and design circuits for Eurorack Modules, Recording Studio Devices and Outboards, program Arduino, and build acoustic treatments such as bass traps, resonators and Schroeder diffusers. I am also comfortable with 3D modeling (Fusion, Blender) and 3D printing.
I work in Italian, English and Spanish.
