I was selected for this project by Sonar+D and Universitat Pompeu Fabra Barcelona, together with a wonderful team of developers and coder to give form to a new software based on the EyeHarp.
The EyeHarp is a software created by Zacharias Vamvakousis to permit people with severe motor disabilities to play a Virtual Instrument with the movement of the eyes and the eye/head-tracking technology.
The target of the challenge was to create something to transmit the sense of the rhythm to people who never experienced it and permit them to play the virtual instrument in TEMPO.
The result of this four days "hackaton" was the EyeRhythm.
In this project i worked on the whole sound design, the composition of different beats and on the implementation of sound and MIDI files in the Open Frameworks code.
